Business (also known as the company or the company) is an organization that engaged in trade in goods, services, or both for the consumer. Businesses are predominant in capitalist economies, where most of them owned and managed to get the advantage to increase the wealth of its owner. Businesses can also be not-for-profit or State-owned. Businesses owned by a few individuals may be referred to as a company, though that term also has a meaning which is more appropriate.

The etymology of “business” related to a State of being busy either as an individual or society as a whole, did the work commercially viable and profitable. The term “business” has at least three usages, depending on the scope-single use means a specific organization; General use to refer to a particular market sector, “music business” and compound forms such as agribusiness; and a broad meaning, which includes all activities by the community of suppliers of goods and services. However, the exact definition of business, like much else in the philosophy of business, is a matter of debate and the complexity of meaning.

The owner was involved in the administration of the business either directly or indirectly through the job manager. Owner managers, or hiring manager to manage the resources of three components that constitute the business value or worth: financial resources, capital or resources, and human resources. This resource is assigned to in at least five functional areas: contract law, manufacturing or production services, marketing, accounting, financing, and human resourcing.
