“Dangerous to care about your work to the point of obsession, especially if other things-your relationships, your health–suffer.

1. Schedule a break. Force yourself to leave work during the day for lunch or a trip to the gym. Block out time in the evenings and weekends to do other activities.

2. Don’t bring work home. Do not bring home your laptop. Leave the file on your desk. If necessary, restrict access to only the Office. Keep a separate email account for your home and work.
